Project Updates
Last week was a productive one for both the exterior and interior contractors.
Our bunker contractor on #18 was able to work everyday and is tracking ahead of our project schedule. Our conservative schedule was to have this area completed by the end of May and ideally by the May long weekend. At this point it looks like they will be finished for May long weekend, perhaps even sooner.
The cold spring temperatures delayed the irrigation team, the joints for the irrigation pipe require warmer temperatures to order to effectively bond, and as a result the team were unable to start until last Wednesday. Additionally, the significant rain we’ve experienced this spring forced us to start the irrigation team on the driving range tee decks, which we expect they will complete early this week. This will allow the course a few more days to dry out and they should be working on #8 before the end of the week.
By the time you received this message, Northgate Farms will have completed their deficiency list and demobilized from the property.
In the clubhouse it was busy with many details being completed as we wrap-up the refresh project. All the millwork has now been installed, and the electrical, lighting and last few pieces of bar equipment should be finished by Tuesday.
I don’t have the installation date for the lower foyer and locker room carpet, but I do know it will be after opening day. The same applies for the folding door/window in the sunroom. I’ll keep you informed on items as soon as I have definitive dates to pass along.
